Terms of service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from H2K, a brand operated by LJB Holdings Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202625356C), a company incorporated in Singapore and trading as H2K, with its registered address at 140 Bukit Batok Street 11, #03-41, Singapore 650140 ("H2K", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. GENERAL
1.1 These Terms apply to all sales of products by H2K whether through our website, social media channels, pop-up stores, or any other sales channel.
1.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will take effect upon publication on our website and will apply to orders placed after that date.
2. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
2.1 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant products on these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
2.2 An order is accepted and a binding contract formed when we send you an order confirmation by email or message.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason. We will notify you promptly and refund any payment made.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1 All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
3.4 We accept payment by the methods displayed on our website or sales channel at the time of your order.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We will endeavour to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4.2 Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title in the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
4.3 We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4.4 If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to your failure to provide accurate delivery information or to be available to receive the delivery, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
5.1 We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and images on our sales channels are accurate. However, colours, sizes, and appearances may vary slightly from those displayed.
5.2 All products are subject to availability.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 All content on our website and sales channels, including the H2K brand, trademarks, logos, images, and product designs, are the property of LJB Holdings Pte. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written consent.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, H2K's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
8.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
